• Captain, Crew, fuel, soft drinks, water & ice.
  • If rules are broken, we reserves the right to pass on any fine to the guests if incurred due to non-compliance or disregard for the rules set out by the coastguard & enforced by your Captain & Crew.
  • All guests are required to bring original ID Proof.
  • Abuse of alcohol & subsequent reckless behaviour may result in fines or a termination of the charter without any refunds.
  • Littering in the waters is not tolerated and punishable by law.
  • Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is not permitted
  • It's not permitted to participate in Jet Ski or other water toy activity run by a third party during your trip unless booked via us.
  • Final numbers for guests must be confirmed before booking & may not be exceeded on the day.
  • You are not permitted to bring your own catering on board
  • If you wish to arrange your own food, you are permitted to bring only dry items only such as pizzas, sandwiches, crisps, snacks etc. Please inform us about the same before booking.
  • All persons under the age of 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
  • Children under the ages of 10 years must wear a life jacket while in the water & out on deck.
  • Footwear must be removed before boarding our yachts. We recommend comfortable clothing
The Charterer and guests agree to undertake the following:
  • Not to smoke onboard
  • Not to bring any animals or pets aboard without permission
  • To remain seated whenever possible during the cruise and to wear the safety equipment provided, as requested
  • To return any safety equipment provided, at the end of the cruise
  • To wear suitable footwear on the day that will not damage the yacht’s wooden floor, and enable safe embarking and disembarking from the yacht – ideally rubber soled shoes.
  • To provide their own protective equipment such as masks and gloves whilst Covid-19 restrictions apply in the Goa.
  • No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board.
  • No Smoking throughout the yachts interior.
  • No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred by accident, injury, sickness or death.
  • Any extra cleaning required as a result of your charter is deemed chargeable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on us.
  • Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available. Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.
  • Cancellations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on what yacht you choose or which package you choose. Those policy will be sent to you or our sales executive will let you know before booking & payment.
  • Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges if any for refund. ( to customer bank account if paid by bank transfer, net banking mode / credit /debit card – reversal to their respective credit card account will be done. This process will take 10 to 15 working days to reflect in their account.
  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
